Heléne is a Training Consultant who has incorporated her love for Art and Creativity into her training sessions.  She has experience in developing

must be fun, creative and provide a paradigm-shifting outcome.   She believes in working with professionals in various fields to achieve healthy
cross-pollination and new energy.  She combines art, creativity and an outcomes-based approach to facilitate learning in a variety of subject areas.
She is currently exploring the use of art techniques in problem-solving, coaching and counselling, healing for individuals and groups, discovering
one’s inner wisdom, deploying one’s personal power and other life skills.  She is an accomplished artist who participates in group exhibitions with
other artists and she had her first solo exhibition in Sept 2007.  Her mission is to enable people to find their own creative expression and grow in
the process.

On Heléne's private life…
        She does not bake biscuits.
        She does scuba diving – has dived in various places around the world.
        Did trout fishing in the clear waters of the Crow River in New Zealand.
        Flew 80km without an engine with a paraglider!
        Accidentally flew into a storm and was sucked up 9m per second into the clouds.
        Is an avid motorcycle rider.
        However, the most stressful, demanding and dangerous role she currently fulfills is that of a mother to 3 teenagers...
        She has been living next door to her  in-laws for the past 20 years!

Heléne is living her dream, as an artist and also as a teacher at creativity workshops.  She paints a variety of paintings, favourite topics; trees,
pomegranates, abstracts, figures etc...

Her clients are
1.  Individuals referred by psychologists for creative/artistic exploration (especially useful for depression and anxiety).
