Guiding clients with ADD/ADHD is a great privilege.  Being in the world in the way we call
ADD/ADHD can feel    like a curse or a blessing, depending on how you deal with it.  There are many
benefits to be had, if you learn the   characteristics that typically indicate ADD/ADHD and other useful
tips.
Therapy provides a safe place to reflect   on one's existence and learn new skills, while
attaining a wider perspective that presents new options,       opportunities, and solutions.

The client's individual needs guide the psychologist in selecting a number of therapeutic
techniques to increase the client's overall level of coping, contentment and well-being.  In
ADD/ADHD therapy, emphasis is placed on working out practical ways of developing ways of
interacting with others in the most productive and constructive way as well as creating
congruent systems and easy order in what is usually a rather chaotic lifestyle.
We charge medical aid rates.  Our fees are usually fully covered by your medical aid.
